Rack-and-pinion steering kit for front axle.
This kit advantageously allows you to replace your steering box by a modern steering rack. No more looseness in your case and the perceptible blur in your steering wheel.
It is easy to piece together because it does not require any drilling or welding on the front axle, the bindings take over those of the steering damper (suppressed because unnecessary) and a collar keeps the rack on the level of the old steering box.
Undoubtedly the perfect solution to modernize the behavior of your Beetle.
Suitable for all Beetle from 1966 to 1979 except for 1302 and 1303.
